i trained in thailand over two visits, and practice in a traditional manner on a floor mat. you as the reciever would wear clothing that supports comfort and easy movement, sweats or baggie or yoga clothes.
through a series of movements and stretches, kneading your body with my hands and arms, legs and feet, you will experience your body opening to new levels of relaxation.
there is a unique quality to the thai work, in the way that it tunes your body, and it is the feeling that comes from this that causes many people to prefer this work to other types of massage.
please allow more time for this session. an hour is good, 90 minutes is great, and 2 hours is ideal. it is like meditation, massage, and yoga practice all in one.
